Your data

Exporting everything, deleting your account, how long data is kept, and what happens to prompts sent to Cusp models.

Export

Account → Your data → Download gives you everything your account holds as one JSON file. It includes:

  • your profile, sign-in methods and sessions;
  • your organizations;
  • keys (metadata only, never secrets) and computers;
  • workspaces and sessions synced to the cloud;
  • usage and activity.

You can download it a few times an hour.

Delete your account

Account → Your data → Delete account deletes your account and its data for good. You confirm with your password, or by signing in again if you haven't recently. Before you confirm, the page shows:

  • which organizations will be deleted with your account (the ones only you belong to);
  • which ones you'll leave (they keep their data, but your name is removed from their records);
  • any organization where you're the only owner. Make someone else an owner first.

Deleting ends any subscription on organizations that are deleted. We email you to confirm.

Prompts sent to Cusp models

When you use Cusp models, Cusp sends your prompts to the model provider through OpenRouter. Every request excludes providers that may train on prompts or keep them.

Zero data retention goes further. When an admin turns it on under Plan & billing → Cusp models and your data (Team and Enterprise), Cusp models are served only through providers that keep nothing. A few models may then be unavailable.

With your own provider keys, requests go to your provider account under its terms, and Cusp adds no preferences of its own.
