Your plan's usage at provider prices
Cusp models are counted at the model provider's published price for the tokens you use, cache discounts passed through. Usage beyond your plan is charged at list price × 1.05, which includes a disclosed 5% fee.
Your keys, no meter
Bring your own keys on every paid plan, unlimited. Free includes 2,500 agent actions a month on them.
A percentage in the plan, dollars for money
Your plan shows how much of this week you've used and when it resets. Credits, estimates on your own keys and invoices are always in dollars.
Receipts per task
Every Cusp-model request is metered by user and model, and you can see it.
No 5-hour windows
One weekly allowance: no daily token quotas or rolling lockouts. Rate limits are only there to stop abuse.
Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT we charge consumers. For business customers, VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Usage
Your plan includes model usage every week. The meter shows how much of this week you've used and when it resets.
Each week releases a quarter of your monthly allowance, so steady use gets about 108% of a month. Unused weeks don't roll over.
100% of a month is $10 of model usage at our cost on Pro, $50 on Max and $10 per seat on Team. At our cost means the model provider's published price for the tokens you use, with cache discounts passed through, so cheaper models make your plan go further. The allowance doesn't roll over and has no cash value. Every model counts the same today; if that changes, the model picker will show it.
Wait for the reset, switch to a lighter model, use your own key, or carry on with credits if you've switched them on. You're told before anything stops.

We sell the workspace, orchestration, sync and compute, not tokens. Plans pay for the cloud: synced history, runner hours, crew automation and admin controls. Cusp models count at the model provider's published price, cache discounts passed through; usage beyond your plan is charged at list price × 1.05, which includes a disclosed 5% fee.

You choose: wait for the reset, switch to a lighter model, use your own key, or use credits. Credits are off until you switch them on, are charged at list price × 1.05 (including a 5% fee), and stop at a monthly limit you set ($50 by default on Pro).
Active time a session or crew member spends in a Cusp cloud runner, billed per second. A runner pauses after 60 seconds idle. Local sessions and self-hosted runners don’t count.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. If a payment fails, your account falls back to Free, and your own keys keep working within the Free allowance.
