          Move it to Applications

          Open Cusp-universal.dmg and drag Cusp into Applications.

          Let macOS open it

          Open Terminal and run this command once:

          This preview isn't notarized by Apple yet, so macOS won't open an app downloaded from the internet until its quarantine flag is cleared. The command clears it for Cusp only. Updates install without it.

          Open Cusp

          Open Cusp from Applications or Spotlight, then sign in or create your account.

        What happens when you open it

          Sign in

          Create a free account or sign in. Every plan uses one, including Free.

        2. 02

          Paste a key or a gateway URL

          Cusp detects the protocol, lists your models and picks a sensible default. Keys go into your system keychain.

        3. 03

          Pick a folder and ask

          It reads your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md and skills, and gets to work.

        Or live in the terminal.

        The CLI shares the same runtime, settings and sessions as the app. It isn't published yet; it comes with a later release.
